This ozone aging test chamber conforms to ISO 1431-1-2012 Rubber, vulcanized or thermoplastic--Resistance to ozone cracking—Part 1: Static and dynamic strain testing, and ISO 1431-1:2001, ISO 1431-2:1982, ISO 1431-1:2004, ISO 7326:2006, IDT, ISO 7326:1991, and ISO 1431-1-2012.
Equipment Overview
The ozone aging test is to expose the sample to a closed, non-illuminated test chamber with the constant ozone concentration air, temperature and humidity, to test the sample according to a predetermined time. To evaluate the ozone aging resistance of the sample by the cracks and other performance changes from the sample surface. Ozone aging is divided into static tensile test and dynamic tensile test. In this test, ozone concentration, temperature and humidity, and sample tensile are three very important parameters.
