Equipment Overview
As the core component of electric vehicles, the performance of the power battery of new energy vehicle directly decides the performance of the entire vehicle. Therefore, the power battery system safety test is an essential link in the development of new energy vehicles. SNE6835 series Power Battery System Safety Test Equipment has been successfully applied to many new energy vehicle entire car factory customers.
Test Project
1. CAN Communication Test: To test if the BMS communication is normal.
2. Single cell voltage test: The upper computer reads the maximum and minimum values of all cell voltages, and then reads the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the upper computer.
3. Single cell temperature test: Including the highest temperature of the cell, the lowest temperature of the cell, and the difference temperature of the cell.
4. SOC test: read the SOC value of the battery pack.
5. Total voltage test: the total voltage of the output terminal of the battery system.
6. Insulation test: Insulation resistance test of battery system, including output terminal and fast charging terminal.
